"The opportunity for Elphi to replace external products that businesses pay for is what I'm working to prove for my organization."

- Elphi Super Admin, Product Owner, Elphi client-partner

From Daniel

When volume drops, the instinct is to freeze everything and wait it out. I think that’s the wrong call. This is the time to look hard at your operations, and ask hard questions - Where do files stall? Which steps still have someone re-keying data from a PDF? What does it actually cost you to close a loan?

If your system can’t show you the data, that’s a decision worth making this quarter, while you still have the time to make it.

What’s New

Since releasing our no-code integration builder last month, we’ve shipped 2 new integrations with it. No code, no dev project. If your team still logs into vendor portals outside the LOS to order and download reports, that’s the kind of work this removes.

On the AI side: processors and underwriters approved twice as much of our AI agents’ work in October than in September.

Signal from the Market

People are moving. With volume down, a lot of ops and underwriting talent is changing seats right now.

Most companies onboard new hires into their own way of doing things. The smart ones learn from where the person came from first.

We see it from the other side. Some of our power users moved to a new lender, and Elphi was one of the first things they brought up. The people who use a platform every day know what works better than any demo can show.

What’s Coming

Some of our best Elphi admins came from completely outside tech - small business owners, freelancers, ops people. No engineering background. Today, they build the workflows, rules, and logic their entire lending operation runs on - without writing code.

On November 10, we’re kicking off the first Elphi Super Admin Roundtable - admins from lenders running Elphi, sharing what they’ve built and bouncing ideas off each other. It’s the start of a community around Elphi, run by the people who use it every day.

If you’re not on Elphi and want to hear from these teams directly, reply - I’ll connect you with one of them.
